Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts must be prepared using the following format and structure:

  • Paper Size: A4
  • Margins: 1 inch (top, bottom, left, right)
  • Justification: Full (left and right)
  1. Title
  • Must accurately reflect the manuscript’s content.
  • Centered at the top of the first page.
  • Use 14-point Baskerville Old Face, Capitalize Each Word.

A separate cover page must be submitted, listing all authors’ names, affiliations, the corresponding author’s full contact information, and email.

  1. Abstract
  • Word count: 150–200 words.
  • Should briefly cover: Introduction (importance & significance), Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
  • Must be written in 12-point Baskerville Old Face, without references, citations, or equations.
  • For articles in Malay or Arabic, an extended English abstract is required, describing:
    • Purpose
    • Methodology
    • Findings
    • Originality/Value
    • Paper Type
  • Include 3–6 keywords (12-point Garamond), placed below the abstract.
  1. Introduction

Provides a thorough background, literature review, the motivation behind the research, and clearly outlines the study’s objectives and hypotheses.

  1. Methodology

Describes the research design and methods in sufficient detail to allow replication by other researchers.

  1. Results

Clearly presents the research findings. All illustrations, tables, and figures must be relevant, well-labeled, and enhance understanding of the results.

 

  1. Conclusion

Summarizes the impact of the study and its implications for research or policy. May include recommendations for future studies.

  1. Acknowledgements

Mention individuals, institutions, or organizations that supported the work, including sources of funding and grant codes, if applicable.

  1. References
  • Follow the APA 7th edition citation style.
  • List references alphabetically.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness in citations (including spelling, date, and titles).
  • Endnotes should appear before the reference list and be kept minimal.
  1. Figures and Tables

Tables

  • Number sequentially in the order cited.
  • Each table must include:
    • A clear, concise title above the table.
    • Short, descriptive column headings.
    • Explanatory footnotes if necessary.

Figures

  • Figures must be self-explanatory with a short, informative caption placed below the image.
  • Acceptable file formats: PNG, EPS, TIFF, JPEG, BMP.
  • Resolution: 300 dpi (color), 600 dpi (grayscale).
  • Number sequentially as Figure 1, Figure 2, etc.

 

  1. Presentation

The manuscript should be written in clear, concise language and logically organized. Submissions must meet academic standards in structure and readability.
