The Prophetic sunnah is the most pivotal source after the Holy Quran. Muslim scholars agree that there has no doubt on dealing with the sunnah as source of jurisprudence. There are, however, disputations among the scholar when it comes to discusing the understanding of sunnah textual. This disputation has caused the varied maddhab in Islam. One of the reason of this disputations is the variety of the tasarrufat nabawiyyah in the Prophetic speeches. Hence, it should not be allowed to put the speecehes into the static comprehension. The difference of the Prophetic behaviour causes disputation among the scholars in terms of their understanding. Applying a qualitative research methodology, the author discusses on how this Prophetic behaviour could influence the Shariah ruling based on speeches, practice and agreement of the Prophet. The author views that there is correlation between the tasarrufat nabawiyyah and the Prophetic textual.
